Phone Tracker started in 2015 because the overseas apps our investigators kept being asked about did not work, could not be reached, and got people into trouble. We sell one product we can stand behind, support it ourselves, and tell you honestly when it is not the right tool.
Who we are
Investigators first, software second
The team behind Phone Tracker are licensed private investigators based in Sydney. Cheating partners, missing people, workplace theft, custody disputes: the questions people bring us are rarely about a phone, but the phone is often where the answer starts.
That is why our support works the way it does. When you ring at 2am because the install stalled at step three, the person who answers has done it hundreds of times. When your question turns out to be bigger than software, the same person knows what to do next, and what will hold up in court.
What we will not do
We will not sell Phone Tracker to monitor an adult without their knowledge. It is illegal, the evidence is useless, and it hurts the people who ask. We would rather lose the sale and point you to a lawful investigation.
We will not promise features a platform does not allow. Apple and Google change what monitoring software can see, and we tell you what your device supports before you pay, not after.
